All new houses require SAP calculations under Building Regulations Approved Document L1A (2006). It is a detailed measurement of the energy efficiency of a house.
We are accredited SAP Assessors & fully insured to carry out these calculations for all new homes, conversions and extensions.
We are independent assessors using government approved software. Because we are totally independent we can provide impartial advice and assessments to architects, developers, builders, surveyors and other property professionals. We are also accredited to convert our SAP calculations into Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) for inclusion in Home Information Packs (HIP’s).
